Joining does not mean committing lots of time. Choose simply to receive information, take part in a SEND survey, meet other SEND parent/carers or, if you have some time, take a more active role. Every new member increases our ability to make things better for Newham families.

If I join Newham Parent Carer Forum, what will I have to do?
Whatever you feel comfortable with.
- Join as a member and just receive information.
- Join us just for coffee and a chat at our monthly coffee morning.Second Tuesday of the month, term-time only. No need to book.
- Join us for events and workshops when you can.
- Get more involved in the steering group and support us in the work we do.
- Get involved with the work we do with the Local Authority as a parent representative.Training is provided, and some payment for your time is available.
